Set Buyer Responsibility:
We do not prepare swing set pads but have people available to prepare
your pad for you:

All swing sets are delivered by a pickup truck and trailer. We will be
backing into your site. If your site is inaccessible (fences, hedges,
etc.) we must know at the time of your order.
We are going into your yard at your request, therefore we do not accept
any responsibility for damage which may occur.
Please Note:
Due to natural aging and the preserving process, pressure treated wood
has a tendency to check and crack. The manufacturer and seller of this
product have done their best to select quality wood to use in the
construction of these play sets and in no way can be held liable for
any checking and/or cracking that may occur.
We reserve the right to make minor product modifications to improve
child safety and value of this equipment.
We do not deliver in bad weather.

Level off 4X4 or 4X6, treated timbers
for a border around the outside and fill with rubber mulch to the top
of the border. Make your pad 6-12 inches more on the inside of your
border than the size swing set you plan to order.
