Delivery & Installation
Assembly
and installation are included in all of the playset prices
shown online providing you have a level, accessible site. If
your site needs work before we arrive, you may want to check with Eli
Stoltzfus at Abundant Life Landscaping

- We back the truck and trailer
with the playset to the site and offload directly at the
site. This method is preferred and is considered a standard
delivery.
- If fences, trees, hills, or
other barriers do not allow either of the above options, we can bring
the playhouse or playset tower portion of the playset as a kit, carry
it to your site in pieces, and assemble it on location. Since
this method is more labor intensive, we need to charge extra for the
service. The amount of the charge depends on the unit(s)
being assembled on site.
The basic swingset frame pieces
are assembled at the shop (e.g., top rail, end ladder) but the overall
swingset frame assembly is normally completed at the site as part of
the standard delivery. Consequently, access is not a major
issue for swingsets consisting entirely of frame pieces without a
playhouse.

- Site Preparation, an existing
level site is required to set your swingset on.
- Site accessibility (Power
lines, trees, tree branches, rocks, fences, posts, mailboxes, other
buildings,
- anything in the way of the
truck or placement are your responsibility to move.)
Property damage resulting from inaccessibility i.e. soft ground, trees,
wells, septic systems, etc.
- Tow truck fees resulting from
truck/trailer getting stuck due to soft ground, wells, septic systems,
etc.
- If site is inaccessible, for
any reason, please let us know.

The charge
for delivery is based on location.
- Multiply the above number
by $3.00 or 30.00 whichever is the highest - to determine the delivery
charge; plus any applicable toll charges will be determined on
delivery.
- Color Disclaimer:
Although the color scans on this web site were scanned with a very high
quality scanner not all computer monitors are the same and do not
necessarily display colors the same way. It is recommended that you
have your video resolution adjusted to 800 x 600 or greater and your
color depth set to 16 bit (high color) or 32 bit (true color).

Estimated Shipping Cost and Hauling Fee will be refunded in Full,
unless a delivery attempt has been made.
- Back Orders:
Swingsets should take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
- Fees and Payment:
To activate an order, we need 50% of the order total, including tax and
delivery. Payment may be made by check or credit card; we accept Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card transactions are handled via
telephone. Checks should be written to Waterloo Structures and mailed
to the contact address (3898 West Lincoln Hwy, Parkesburg, PA 19365).
Any amounts payable to Waterloo Structures not paid when due will bear
interest at the rate of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month or
the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. If
Waterloo Structures collects any payment due at law or through an
attorney at law or under advice there from or through a collection
agency, Customer will pay all costs of collection, including, without
limitation, all court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. If any
check is returned for insufficient funds, Waterloo Structures may
impose a processing charge of $25.
- Tax Charges:
Sales tax will be applied to all in state orders and in New Jersey.
- Our business is operated from
Pennsylvania.
All other states are tax free.
- Applicable Law:
Waterloo Structures reserves the right to make changes to our site and
these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.
